I joined Northeastern University to help launch Experience, a digital magazine telling stories at the intersection of humanity and technology. I directed the design and implementation of the site, and I helped develop a content strategy in collaboration with the editor in chief.
In the summer of 2020, the Experience team pitched the idea of launching a print magazine. I directed the design of the new publication, selecting a trim size that would showcase dynamic visuals, and creating a design system that set a sophisticated, luxurious tone. I directed the cover portrait and designed every page of the first edition, which went to press in fall of 2020.
We published six additional issues through the spring of 2023.
