I am an award-winning designer, a leader who excels at mentoring, and a strategic thinker who has helped shape new products for Northeastern University, The Boston Globe, and The Baltimore Sun.
I directed the design of a new print edition of Experience Magazine for Northeastern University, creating a design system that set a sophisticated, luxurious tone.
Undark Magazine and The Knight Science Journalism Program at MIT asked me to create a print version of their incredible Long Division series. The result was a 116-page large-format print magazine.
I joined Northeastern University to help launch Experience, a digital magazine telling stories at the intersection of humanity and technology. I directed the design and implementation of the web site, and I helped develop a content strategy in collaboration with the editor in chief.
In my role as design lead at the Boston Globe, I created an early prototype for a new Sports vertical that informed key features in the release version. I worked closely with developers, product managers and fellow designers to translate the early vision into a complete microsite.
